2007: Expats Away!
Our British musician friends came to play a show and we scooted them around town like pros in the know. Austin had become home. The sun shone, the storms shocked us all (not so seasoned after all), we tried to work out how to deal with a roach (most of us cowered on a sofa), we drank up all the coffee and vintage we could find in five days, we had big long talks outside at night, we rocked and rolled with babies in tow, Mark had his first driving-in-America experience and we all survived, we ate breakfast with new friends and old and then — Dermot, oh really?
